The Votorantim Trainees Program was created aiming to attract and qualify talents with potential to take on strategic positions in the Votorantim Group in the long term. The objective is to get the ones selected to know the Group as a whole and, at the same time, acquire specific knowledge about the business they will be active in.
During the program, the trainees go through an elaborate process of training and evaluations aiming to develop the personal and professional skills needed to cope with the new challenges of their positions. In addition, the trainees are encouraged to identify an improvement project to be analyzed based upon the Six Sigma methodology.
The Program lasts between 12 and 18 months, and those selected become Votorantim employees from the very first day.
