The Sistema de Desenvolvimento Votorantim (Votorantim Development System) – SDV is a system which comprises such programs as the Academia de Excelência (Excellence Academy) – created to act in the development of personal and managerial activities, and the Movimenta (Move it) – which organizes and encourages internal dynamics to allow promising talents and executives to act in several areas of VS.
