Monday (Jan. 12th) was the first working Day for the new group of Votorantim Steel Metallurgy’s trainees (VS). The six new employees to integrate the VS team reached the Best results in the tests, dynamics, and interviews which had been applied during the selection process, which counted on a total of 30 thousand applicants.

After selected within the Votorantim Competency profile, the applicant becomes one of the company’s regular employees. The trainee participates in a corporate training program and follows a development agenda in the Business to potentialize his/her competencies. Every four months, he/she is evaluated by his/her immediate manager, and – like any regular worker, he/she must achieve good results.
