Houses

“We are supplying cut and folded steel and cast screens with higher value added”, says Luiz Henrique dos Santos, Business Coordinator of the São José dos Campos Branch. The houses and apartments should be delivered to residents up to December this year. “VS is proud to be involved with such an important social program”, he says.

Construction company Homex is one of the greatest companies in the Mexican real estate market, with over 20 years of experience and 140,000 houses built and delivered. Luiz Henrique also says that in the second half of 2009 other partnerships can be entered into between VS and the construction company. “Homex is increasing its participation in the Brazil, and it should accomplish new projects in the countryside of São Paulo”.
