Horto Bela Vista: residential buildings,
Shopping Center, corporate offices and
convention centers.

VS closed another contract with JHSF Incorporações in November, this time in Salvador, to build the biggest enterprise in Bahia: the Horto Bela Vista. The same incorporator contracted VS in the first half of 2009 for the Parque Cidade Jardim complex, in São Paulo.

"Earth-moving for the Project began in December and we are going to start supplying steel in January", informs Daniel Silveira, the sales manager.

The Horto Bela Vista is close to downtown Salvador and will occupy an area of 320 thousand square meters. According to JHSF, it will comprise 19 residential towers, four commercial blocks, the Bela Vista Shopping Center, a hotel, schools, a club, convention center and other facilities.
